If your product arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please email a detailed description of the issue along with clear photos to adultanimalshelp@gmail.com within 20 days of receiving it. We’ll gladly send you a free replacement.

What are the clothes care instructions?

  • Machine wash cold, inside-out, gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours. Use non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary. No fabric softeners.
  • Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
  • Cool iron inside-out if necessary. Do not iron decoration.
  • Do not dry clean.
